A cleaner workflow from first brief to final delivery.
The process is built to reduce back-and-forth, lock onto your standard early, and make quality something that compounds. The same six steps run across all four practice lines.
Overview
01 · Scope & sign
A short call to understand the work, the volumes and the standard you hold. We sign an NDA, agree turnaround and pricing, and confirm exactly what 'good' looks like — before anything begins.
02 · Pilot & calibrate
A small first batch lets us lock onto your template, banner or guideline, and lets you judge us on real output. We tune to your feedback until the standard is set.
03 · Run at rhythm
Work flows on an agreed cadence with version control and a single source of truth. A named owner protects your conventions and keeps the queue moving.
04 · QA, every time
A second set of eyes checks every deliverable against your standard and the brief. For data and annotation, that includes measured checks — base validation, significance, inter-annotator agreement.
05 · Deliver & review
Finished work arrives in your format, on time, with a short note on anything worth flagging. Revisions within the agreed scope are part of the price.
06 · Improve & compound
Your corrections feed back into guidelines and gold standards so quality rises over the engagement instead of drifting.
The disciplines behind the output.
Good output isn't luck — it's the result of a few habits applied without exception. These are the ones we don't skip, however tight the deadline.
See it on your own work.
The fastest way to understand the process is to run a small pilot. Low commitment, real output, your standard.
