Overview
A note on these: these are anonymised, representative scenarios that illustrate typical engagements. Client identities are withheld under NDA; specific, named references are available privately on request.
Overnight tab books at fieldwork peak
Challenge. A wave of concurrent studies overwhelmed the in-house DP team during peak season, threatening client deadlines.
Approach. A dedicated tables pod picked up cleaning, RIM weighting and cross-tabs to the agency's house banner, working the IST overnight window.
Outcome. Weighted tab books delivered by the next morning, in-house team freed for analysis, zero missed client deadlines through the peak.
A backlog of decks, brought onto brand
Challenge. Dozens of inconsistent decks from a brand refresh needed reformatting onto a new master without pulling consultants off billable work.
Approach. A documentation pod rebuilt slides on the new master, rebuilt charts as native objects, and ran two-pass QA against the style guide.
Outcome. A consistent, on-brand deck library; consultants kept on client work; a reusable master template handed back for future use.
Labelled data the model could trust
Challenge. Early in-house labelling was inconsistent, and model accuracy plateaued with no way to see why.
Approach. We built a written guideline and gold-standard set, ran multi-pass QA with consensus on sampled overlap, and reported inter-annotator agreement.
Outcome. Measurable jump in label quality and downstream model accuracy; a repeatable pipeline that scaled without quality drift.
Support that stopped leaking
Challenge. Issues were tracked in email, SLAs were invisible, and recurring faults kept resurfacing.
Approach. We stood up an ITIL service desk with categorised tickets, impact×urgency priorities, defined escalation and root-cause problem management.
Outcome. SLA attainment became visible and improved; recurring incidents fell as root causes were fixed permanently; clear monthly reporting.
