Pricing

Pricing that matches how the work behaves.

We don't publish one-size rate cards, because the four lines behave differently. Instead we use four clear commercial models and tell you up front which one fits — with a fixed, written quote before any work begins.

Overview

Fixed before we start

You approve a written quote and turnaround before work begins. The invoice matches the quote.

Cheaper at scale

Per-unit and dedicated models get more efficient as volume grows and the team learns your conventions.

Support included

Scoping calls, a named owner, QA and agreed revisions are part of the price, not add-ons.

What's included by default

A named account owner, scoping, two-pass QA and the agreed number of revision cycles. Weekend or rush work is quoted separately and only with your approval.

Turnaround & rush

Standard turnarounds are agreed per engagement; many jobs benefit from our IST overnight window. Genuine rush requests can be accommodated and are priced transparently.

Currency & invoicing

We quote and invoice in your preferred major currency (USD, GBP, EUR or INR). Figures shown are indicative models, not published rates — your quote is specific to your scope.

How we land on a number

Three things shape every quote.

Volume

How much work, and how regularly. Steady, predictable flow earns better unit economics than ad-hoc spikes.

Complexity

A standard cross-tab differs from a weighted, multi-market tab book; a reformat differs from a built-from-scratch model.

Timeline

Comfortable deadlines are cheaper than genuine rush. We'll always tell you if standard timing saves you money.

Tell us the work; we'll send a quote.

Share a sample and your volumes and you'll have a fixed quote and a recommended model back, usually within one business day.
