Hourly billing
In this model, we charge on an hourly basis for the services provided in a cost-effective manner. The client can choose the number of hours of support required each month, and can adjust the number of hours as needed. This allows the client to control costs, as they only pay for the support they actually use. We manage the support personnel, including the scheduling of work, the assignment of tasks, and the management of performance. This billing model can be beneficial for clients who require ongoing support services, as they only pay for the support they actually use.

Dedicated Support
All the bespoke requirements are undertaken under this model. This is the support model of choice to most of our customers. We operate as an extension of your own team during our business hours. The associates assigned to your Project will be working exclusively for you and will not be working on any other client engagements. You also have the flexibility of getting weekend support and ad-hoc support for unexpected high volumes of work on occasions where your dedicated resource is unable to handle the volume.
- Support window – Any 9 hour window between 6am and 8pm IST
- No minimum turnaround needed – We start with the tasks as soon as the request is received
- Tasks are handled by associate/s assigned exclusively to the clients project
- Ideal for clients who need regular support
Fixed-fee Model
This support model is for customers who have got a huge work volume and are not sure on how much time it would take to complete the task. We provide highly competitive pricing if the estimated effort exceeds 1,000 hours. This model ensures that you stay within your budget and timeline for the project. Fixed-fee model is used mainly by companies for brand refresh projects
